CONSULTING
Consulting has been very successful in helping businesses increase profits, accelerate growth and build value by developing people and conquering the real problems affecting their success. Engagements typically include Strategic Planning that incorporates people development and a focus on building the value of the business. We strive to bring as much certainty as possible in a changing world.
COACHING
Coaching is customized and is typically over six months. The process starts with a detailed review of where you are currently and where you want to go. We identify an aspiration and the capabilities that they are missing. These are captured on a Development Plan. Special attention is placed on mindset and negative influences holding you back. Key management topics on Leadership, Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Negotiation and Decision-making are typically reviewed. Biweekly or monthly calls are scheduled.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are typically conducted over one-to-three days. They are customized to meet specific outcomes that can be applied immediately. Management topics are included such as improving mindset, decision-making and negotiation. Special attention is placed on dealing productively with the current issues such as the deleveraging economy.
MASTERMINDS
Masterminds are set up with 4-to-8 participants. Applicants complete a questionnaire dealing primarily with their obstacles and opportunities. Developing trust is key to sharing key breakthroughs and problems; which are collectively addressed in a dynamic way. Sessions can be online or in person. Meetings can be held in the Yukon where participants can enjoy lengthy outdoor activities in summer or the Northern Lights in winter.
